Product Description

Application:
ZJD-F water and oil separator combines the high precision filtration system, demulsification and dehydration in one machine. It is without heating to remove large amounts of water, the removing water speed belongs to the quickest in the domestic market, which can remove large water out from the oil. The mechanical impurities in the oil can filter the oil reach the national standard. Movable design, easy to use, suitable for high water content of light oil and fuel (diesel, gasoline, kerosene, etc.).

1) ZJD-F water and oil separator adopts a special type of oil-water separation filter, no need heating, fully guaranteed oil additives are not cracking, no go bad, after dewatering the oil quality can be guaranteed.
2) simple operation, it can automatically put the water out and no keep other workers caretaking.

Oil information
Water and gas is in two forms in the oil - dissolved in water and gas ( saturation point ) is present in most oil system and oil devices, but free water and gas ( above the saturation point ) is present in much oil.

Because of the system leakage, untight seal,the oil long time in thermal load, an open reservoir etc. or other reasons , the water and gas in the air gets in the oil, resulting in an aqueous oil , gas.

Because of the dust particles from the air leakage into the system, the wear dust off, the oil works at high temperatures and moisture condition for a long time, it leads some of the oil cracking metamorphic precipitate gelatinous substance .

Moisture , gas containing harmful impurities :

Oxidate the oil rapidly and produce acidic substances, corrode metal contact surface
Oil additives precipitate failure , the lubricant film reduced and mechanical wear increased
Lubrication, cooling, the liquidity reduced accelerates fatigue of metal surface
The ice crystals formed at low temperatures makes the element blocks , reducing the stiffness of the system
system response slow and accompanied irregular movements reduce the conduction properties
Oil temperature is higher not achieve cooling effect
Pump and power equipment are damaged due to cavitation
