Instrument introductionGas chromatograph is a kind of high-precision scientific instrument for the analysis and detection of various components in mixed gas. It uses nitrogen, hydrogen, helium, argon and other gases as carrier gases to carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis of various components in mixed gas.
The chromatograph (button type) is an economical and practical gas chromatograph developed by Tate instruments. It adopts the control system of "LCD + button", and the interface operation is simple and intuitive, which is convenient for users.
This instrument is widely used in scientific research and education, petroleum, chemical industry, biochemistry, food safety, medicine and health, environmental monitoring, judicial investigation and other fields. The instrument has high precision, good repeatability and is reliable.
Instrument features
1. Compared with the previous generation, the production process has been improved. The gas source channel and internal structure of the instrument have been redesigned. The distribution and arrangement of parts and components are more reasonable and the structure is more compact. The overall volume of the instrument is smaller than that of gc2020 model, so it is durable.
2. The instrument has high precision, good repeatability and stable performance. The repeatability error of the instrument can reach 1.5%, which is better than 3% of the national standard.
3. The column temperature box adopts a brand-new microcomputer temperature control system with built-in high-sensitivity temperature sensor, which can accurately control the temperature rise and temperature drop through the system. It has six completely independent temperature control systems, and the temperature control accuracy reaches ± 0.1 ºC. It can realize 16 step temperature programming, which enables the equipment to be competent for large-scale sample analysis; the column box is equipped with automatic back door opening system, which can improve the low temperature control accuracy and speed up / down temperature;
4. The whole machine adopts modular design and can work in parallel with multiple processors,. It includes two kinds of injection port modules (capillary column injection port and packed column injection port), five kinds of high-performance detector modules (FID, TCD, ECD, FPD and NPD). According to customer requirements, a variety of injection ports and detector modules can be installed (six way valve, ten way valve gas injector, headspace injector, thermal analysis injector, cracking furnace injector, methane reformer) can be installed according to customer requirements, and the maximum support of three groups of injection Port and 4 kinds of detectors, convenient for users to upgrade.
5. The instrument has the function of computer reverse control, which can be directly connected with the computer. The instrument can be operated through the network version chromatographic workstation software independently developed by our company (the maximum support is 253 sets). The temperature rise and temperature drop of the injection port, column temperature box and detector of the instrument can be controlled by program. Under the condition that the customer is equipped with an automatic injection valve (or an automatic injector), the system can realize unattended instrument, automatic temperature rising and ignition, automatic loading method, automatic calculation of test results and other test procedures, meeting the requirements of online monitoring.
6. Instrument configuration, built-in IP protocol stack, test data can be uploaded to the computer of field laboratory, department head and superior leader through enterprise LAN or Internet, which is convenient for each department to monitor the operation and test results of instrument in real time. It can connect with manufacturers directly through the Internet to realize remote diagnosis and remote program update of gas chromatograph.
7.It can be connected with the automatic injector produced by many domestic and foreign manufacturers, such as aoc-20i of Shimadzu and HT series of high-efficiency gas-phase liquid automatic injector of HTA company in Italy, etc., which can reduce the detection error of the instrument caused by human factors and improve the test accuracy of the instrument.
