NTPC Invites Bids to Supply Power Transformer for 4750 MW Khavda Solar Park in Gujarat

NTPC Renewable Energy Limited (NTPC REL) invites online bids from eligible bidders on Single Stage Two Envelope (i.e. Envelope-I: Techno-Commercial Bid and Envelope-II: Price Bid) for POWER TRANSFORMER SUPPLY PACKAGE-II (SOUTH BLOCK) UNDER DEVELOPMENT OF 4750MW SOLAR PARK AT KHAVDA, GUJARAT

Scope of Work is I. Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply, Testing, Packing and Forwarding, Transportation, Unloading, supervision of Erection and Commissioning of 315MVA,400/33/33kV Power Transformers along with required accessories as follows;

II. Supply, supervision of Erection and Commissioning of Main Equipment:-a) 315MVA,400/33/33 kV Power Transformers (YNyn0yn0) 07 nos.b) Fire Protection System for each Power Transformer. 07 nos.

III. Supply and Supervision of Installation of Spare Transformer: –315MVA,400/33/33 kV Power Transformers (YNyn0yn0) 01 no.

IV. Supply and Installation of Monitoring Equipment: –a) On-Line DGA Analyzer for each Power Transformer under service. 07 nos.b) Portable On-Line Moisture Removal System 01 no.V. Supply of Operation & Maintenance instruments/Testing equipment and accessories.

End date to submit the Techno-Commercial Bid and Price Bid is 19.01.2023 14:30:00 (IST) and bids will be opened on 19.01.2023 15:30:00 (IST).

Cost of Bidding Documents in INR is 22,500/- and all bids must be accompanied by Bid Security for an amount of INR 2,00,00,000/-.

Bidder should have designed, manufactured and supplied at least two (2) nos (One each at two different installations) of 400kV or above voltage class transformers of at least 315 MVA capacity (either three-phase transformer as a single unit or single-phase transformer). The above transformers should have been in successful operation for at least two years prior to the date of techno-commercial bid opening.

Bidder should have its own facilities for conducting all routine and type tests as per IS 2026/IEC: 60076 (except short circuit test).

Any oil-filled Transformer of 200MVA or higher capacity (three-phase transformer or single phase transformer) manufactured by Bidder should have been successfully short circuit tested.

The average annual turnover of the Bidder, should not be less than INR 90 crore (Indian Rupees Ninety Crore Only), for any three financial years out of the preceding five financial years as on the date of techno-commercial bid opening.
